We offer online check-in and check-out, you must use the link you have been sent from our booking system MEWS.

If you arrive before 15:00, you can store luggage free of charge in the hotel’s luggage area, and of course you can also do so on the day of departure. Storage of luggage is at your own risk and with self-service.

We have direct taxi booking from the reception. It is recommended that you wait at the reception until your taxi arrives. Feel free to ask our staff if you want a pillow, a duvet or other extra linen for the room. We do not iron and wash for you, but you can borrow an iron or needle and thread from the reception if you need it. And we show the way to the nearest laundry/dry cleaner.

We have a small selection of personal care products that you can buy if you need it.

Hotel Rules:

• Guests are given the card key upon check-in at reception. They are required to handover all keys to the receptionist upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key, they are obligated to pay the penalty of 35 dkk for a card key, 100 dkk for a bike key or 500 dkk for a metal ‘oldfashion’ key.
• Rooms can only be used by guests who are dully registered at the reception with a valid identity document.
• The registered credit card must be provided during check-in. If your reservation does not have one, it must be registered during the check-in. If the guest fails to provide one, there will be a deposit requirement. Payments are in local currency.
• From 22:00 to 7:00 hours is the time of night peace. We invite every guest to be careful during this period and not cause noise that can disturb other guests. Hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or on the other way disrespects House Rules.
• We assume that the Guests are familiarized and fully understand with House Rules at the beginning of their stay in our Hotel.
• Hotel bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform Reception.
• Hotel is entirely non-smoking. In case of non-compliance with this rule, Hotel is obliged to charge the penalty of 1000 dkk.
• Wi-Fi internet is free and available in entire hotel. Password is provided at the reception and on your key card folder.
• Linen is changed every fourth day. If you would like towels to be changed, they need to be placed on the bathroom floor. We are environment-friendly Hotel.
• In all Guests rooms DO NOT DISTURB sign has been provided. This sign cannot be displayed longer than 72 hours. After this time, Hotel reserved the right to enter the room due to safety and Security reasons.
• Hotel guests must have appropriate clothes and footwear when they are moving through public spaces of the hotel.
• It is not allowed to take explosives, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous and chemicals punished by law into the hotel.
• It is not allowed to bring food and beverages from outside in the hotel common areas.
• Hotel takes no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle or bike on the parking/backyard.
• For any damage caused by the Guest to the property, The guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the Hotel.
• Hotel keeps the right to require a guarantee for extra expenses during reservation process or at the check-in. Minimum amount to be deposited is 1000 dkk per room per night.
• If your stay was cancelled by the Hotel caused by misbehavior and disrespect of Hotel Rules, Hotel reserves the right to charge the full length of stay as per reservation.
• In case of fire alarm, please follow the instructions from the evacuation plan attached on the inside of your room door.
• It is not allowed to take out from the hotel the room inventory.
• If you have any suggestions on the hotel service or if you experienced technical problems, please be free to inform us at your earliest convenience.

If you come by car, you can book parking in front of the hotel (link to booking).

We have a limited number of places at a price of DKK 250 per night. If you drive an electric car, it is possible to charge when you have booked parking.

If you are late and our spaces are fully booked, you have alternative parking options on Frederiksberg Allé or the surrounding neighborhood. See more information at: Parking (frederiksberg.dk)

Remember that there are not the same parking rules for Frederiksberg and the municipality of Copenhagen.

There are also parking garages in the area.

Our wi-fi is available free of charge to all our guests.

If you have booked directly at the hotel, breakfast is always included, otherwise it can be purchased at the reception.

If you have visitors while staying with us, you can always buy an extra breakfast. We want to help you start the day right, so in addition to coffee, freshly baked bread, cheese, etc., we offer a lot of healthy options.

We strive to offer you a sustainable breakfast with organic products and by preventing food waste.

You can enjoy your breakfast in the restaurant on the lower floor.
