As a business guest at Hotel Sct. Thomas, you can combine your stay with meetings, events and experiences in the area.
Our meeting room and facilities are available both with and without accommodation. If your company is located close to us and you need to hold meetings or interviews outside the office, contact us about the available options.
Meeting facilities
As part of our recent renovation, we updated our meeting room with new furniture and sound insulation.
- Whiteboard with flip-over and magnetic board, free internet and 52-inch flat screen with the option to connect to Mac and PC.
- The room can accommodate max. 20 people. When the breakfast restaurant closes, the lounge can be converted into meeting hubs for small groups.
- Take a break on the roof terrace.
- We are extremely flexible, so contact us with your idea of how you want to use our facilities.

Rental of meeting room for half a day (2–5 hours): Fra DKK 800
Full-day rental: From DKK 1,200

To ensure that the company is set up correctly, it is important that we have your address, telephone number and e-mail as well as the name of the contact person.
We send you an invoice and our payment terms are 8 days.
